একদমই রোগীবান্ধব না। কোনো কথাই শুনতে চান না। সমস্যা সমাধান না করে ডিফরেন্ট ডিপার্টমেন্ট সাজেস্ট করবেন। ইগোটিষ্টিকাল, রোগী কোনো মেডিকেল টার্ম ব্যবহার করলে জ্বলে উঠেন। আপনি ওনার কাছে অসুস্থ অবস্থায় গেলে আরও অসুস্থ হয়ে ফেরত আসবেন ওনার বাজে ব্যবহারের জন্য।
