Professor Dr. Samidur Rahman is an established and highly skilled pediatric surgeon with over 22 years’ experience in the field of Pediatric Surgery. Due to his keen and enthusiastic interest on Hypospadias surgery and consistent devoted work on this fine but difficult topic by this time he is well known Hypospadias surgeon in surgical society as well as all over the country. Hypospadias, a penile birth defect of the urinary opening, affects approximately 1 in 200 newborns. Surgery is usually recommended to restore normal appearance and function. The most common operation performed world-wide is the TIP repair, also known as the Snodgrass procedure and Other common procedures like Mathieu with or without Hadidi modification, Snod-Bush (STAG I &II), Johansons, Double Y meatoplasty, Bracka stage procedure are being practiced by Professor Dr. Samidur Rahman on regular basis according to the justified evaluation of the patients.
