    ★☆☆☆☆

    Very disappointing experience.

My mother had a nerve compression problem in her hand. After reviewing the test reports at Ibn Sina, Dr. Abdul Haye immediately recommended surgery. We understand that surgery may be necessary, but what concerned us was the lack of transparency and communication.

Instead of clearly explaining the treatment plan, risks, alternatives, and estimated costs, we were instructed to get admitted to Eden Multi Care Hospital immediately. When we asked about the surgery cost and related expenses, we were told that those details would only be discussed after admission. As a patient’s family, we believe such important information should be provided before asking someone to be admitted.

We also felt that there was very little direct interaction with the patient. Most communication happened through assistant doctors, and our questions were not addressed properly.

Ibn Sina should take patient feedback seriously and ensure that doctors maintain proper communication, transparency, and respect for patients and their families. Trust is a critical part of healthcare, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this doctor.
