The doctor’s visiting hours had been clearly stated as running from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, yet the minutes ticked by, and by 7:20 PM, there was still no sign of her arrival in her chamber. The absence of any communication or explanation from the clinic only heightened the tension in the room, leaving patients feeling abandoned and questioning the professionalism of the healthcare service they had come to rely on. The situation not only reflected poorly on the doctor’s commitment but also raised serious concerns about the overall management of patient care during such critical hours.
If doctor cannot maintain the schedule visiting hour, patient should be informed in advance rather then being left waiting indefinitely. This is reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for patient.
