About Dr. Md. Azharul Islam
Dr. Md. Azharul Islam graduated from Mymensingh in 1984 and did his post graduation (FCPS) in Anaesthesia in 1994. He then worked in the Anaesthesia Department of BSMMU and Bangladesh Medical College in different capacities from Assistant Professor to Consultant. Dr. Azhar also worked as Specialist at Jeddah Maternity & Children Hospital under Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia, which is a 300-bed Tertiary Care Centre. Before joining Apollo Hospitals Dhaka, he was working as Consultant – Cardiac Anaesthesia and General Anaesthesia in the private sector since November, 2006.
