The doctor is highly skilled and professional. However, the staff responsible for managing appointments and serials appear to operate as a syndicate. They refuse to accept appointments unless an extra payment of BDT 500–1,000 is made. Even during the designated calling hours, they often keep their phones on but do not answer incoming calls. This makes it extremely difficult for genuine patients to get an appointment fairly.
